TRASH TRASH TRASH  who doesn’t have trash?  UIP Property Management understands that; we all have trash and need to dispose of the trash properly .  UIP Property Management strives to create and maintain the best in rental property living.  To maintain the best living conditions, we all must follow a few guidelines regarding trash.

Take a look at the TRASH POLICY and help us keep your building clean!!!

Please put the appropriate type of trash and recycling in the provided bins.  This means no paper goes in the bottles/cans bin and no bottles/cans go in the paper recycling bin.  Please do not place bags of trash inside the hallways or on the ground next to the trash cans; this creates an unsafe and simply disgusting situation with raw kitchen and bathroom waste spread out over the ground.  This also attracts mice, rats and other pests.  Obeying the trash and recycling handling rules is good for the environment and good for the property so that it remains clean and neat.

When throwing away the following items please follow these procedures:

  •  Cardboard boxes must be "broken down" and placed between trash totes.
  •  Packing materials like Styrofoam peanuts must be placed in sealed trash bags.
  •  Raw trash from kitchens and bathrooms must be placed in sealed plastic trash bags and placed in the appropriate trash bin.
  •  Residents leaving large boxes (not broken down) and other large items like furniture, appliances, etc. will be charged the additional trash collection fee incurred by the trash company.
  •  If you have recently moved in or plan on moving out and have large items, please contact your property manager to arrange for an additional “bulk” trash pickup at resident expense

When is the TRASH picked up at my building?
