Generally, your rent is due on the first of each month, however, your lease spells out in detail the rent due date and any grace period.  You can pay your rent on line at www.uippm.com, mail your rent check to our office, located at 3406 Connecticut Avenue NW, Washington DC 20008, or stop by MOnday through Friday 9 am - 5PM. If your rent is not paid by the due date and also not paid before any grace period,a late charge will be assessed to your account.
