	David Zweig, CPM® President Prior to joining UIP Property Management, Inc., Mr. Zweig was a Partner at Redbrick Partners, LLC and Managing Member and President of White Tree Group, LLC - real estate investment and management firms that created and managed a variety of closed end opportunity funds. He was responsible for the operation of the management company as well as all residential and retail management and development projects; condominium conversions and third-party property and asset management relationships. Prior to Redbrick Partners, Mr. Zweig was a Senior Vice President and Division Head for AIMCO (Apartment Investment and Management Co.) NYSE:AIV - with direct responsibility for all holdings across the Eastern United States - 26,000 units in 16 states with annual revenue exceeding $500 Million. Mr. Zweig, a graduate of Binghamton University; is a licensed New York Real Estate Broker and holds the CPM designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management. He is a former board member of the Real Estate Advisory Board at Virginia Tech University and a former adjunct faculty member at the Real Estate Institute at New York University.
	Richard Jackson Senior Property Manager Richard joined UIPPM in early 2010 as a Property Manager for a varied portfolio of Washington DC properties, including urban mid-rises, suburban garden complexes and several receivership assignments. Richard has over 15 years of property management experience Prior to UIPPM, Richard was the Director of Housing and Property Management for the largest non-profit residential services agency in the District of Columbia. Rich's professional experience also includes several years as an Area Manager for the District of Columbia Housing Authority as well as property management leadership positions in Maryland and Atlanta, GA. Rich has a business degree from Jackson State University, is a Certified LIHTC Specialist and is a member of the Board of Commissioners of the Charles County (MD) Housing Authority
	Stephanie Barbabosa Senior Property Manager
	Cheryl Stovall Property Manager Cheryl A Stovall is a Property Manager for UIP Property Management, Inc. with responsibility for a portfolio of Class A properties in Washington, DC. Cheryl has over 20 years of multi-family real estate experience, primarily in the fields of Property Management, Construction, and Planning and Development of Class A portfolios. While attending college at the University of South Alabama, Cheryl began her career in 1987 with Colonial Properties Trust. As the former AVP for a large owner/developer, she was the acquisitions and redevelopment manager for a national portfolio of class A projects and has worked in over 15 diverse US apartment markets. She has also worked as regional and multi-site manager for other DC-based owners, managing Class A and B high-rise properties, including a large national REIT, where she directed the design and marketing activities for the redevelopment process. Cheryl is a resident of Washington, DC.
	Thomas J. Cole General Manager - Marbury Plaza Apartments Tom is a General Manager for UIP Property Management, with current responsibility for over 670 high rise and garden style apartments in SE Washington, DC. Tom has 15 years property management experience and has managed several large regional portfolios in the Washington, DC-Metro area. Tom is a native Washingtonian and a graduate of Howard University. He holds a Washington, DC Real Estate license and is affiliated with the Institute of Real Estate Management as a Certified Property Manager (CPM®) candidate.

	Karen Wynn Accounting Manager Karen joined UIP Property Management, Inc. in January 2009 as Accounting Manager. She is responsible for accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash processing, management of bookkeeping staff and all other accounting activities. Formerly with Hagner Management Corporation, Karen has an extensive background in accounting as well as experience in property management operations.She holds an Associate of Arts degree in Accounting from the University of Phoenix.

	Kimberly Dixon Resident Relations and Office Assistant Kim joined UIP Property Management in 2010 as a Resident Relations/Office Assistant. Kim provides administrative support to UIP's Leasing staff and our residents. She is also a Leasing Coordinator for several UIPPM properties in Maryland. Kim holds a BS in Business Administration from Potomac College in Washington, DC and is a graduate of the Marriott Hospitality High School where she received certification in Hotel and Event Management.
