We frequently are looking for individuals to fill the following positions;
Senior Community Manager :
Senior Community Managers are in constant contact with Building Owners, Residents, and private contractors serving the community. This active position includes inspecting the assigned communities on a weekly basis, initiating correspondence, assigning work orders and monitoring work, solicitation of bids, processing design review requests, preparation for and attending meetings (usually in the evening), preparation and presentation of all financials, working closely with an assigned community manager and/or an administrative assistant.
Community Manager:
Community Managers are in contact with Building Owners, Residents, and private contractors serving the association. The manager will handle homeowners calls, assign work orders, solicit bids, process design review requests, handle notices and violations, do financial data review. A Community Manager must have competent computer skills and knowledge of the following programs would be most helpful: Microsoft Word, Excel. Due to the high volume of correspondence it is necessary to have the ability to effectively communicate orally and in written forms.
Onsite Community Manager:
Onsite Community Managers help to manage all the common elements pertaining to an association. This position is as diversified in duties as it is in location, placement from the suburbs to downtown D.C. Community Manager's help to enforce rules and regulations, supervise maintenance activities and abide by all governing documents. Spanish bilingual preferred. This position has maintained office hours and also the requirement of accessibility by cell phone all days of the week.
Service coordinator:
The Service Coordinator supervises a large roving maintenance team - primarily working within the District of Columbia - and is the direct point of contact for all maintenance service. The Service Coordinator is responsible for receiving and prioritizing all maintenance requests; dispatching the maintenance team members and coordinating vendors/contractors for service. Service Coordinators are responsible for service response times, as well as resident satisfaction levels. Strong computer and email skills; ability to clearly communicate in maintenance/engineering vocabulary; prior customer service and apartment maintenance experience is required. Experience with property management software (Jenark and Yardi) preferred. |
