Q : How do I reserve parking spaces for my moving truck?

A : "No Parking" signs can be obtained on-line at-https://tops.ddot.dc.gov/DDOTPERMITSYSTEM/DDOTPERMITONLINE/Landing.aspx, or calling 202-442-4670. You may be required to show proof of residency, lease, etc.

Q : How do I pay my rent online?

A : Go to www.uippm.com, log in as a resident (user) follow the

prompts for setting up your ACH payment


Q : Where can I pay my rent?

A : You may pay your rent in person at 3406 Connecticut Avenue NW. We

are on block south of the Cleveland Park Metro on the west side of the

street.



Q : How do I set up my number in the call box at my building? What

if I don't have a local phone number?

A : You should be asked for and you will need to provide your

telephone number to the leasing representative or the Property Manager

when you move in. If you are having any problems, call (202) 244-3811

or email service@uippm.com.



Q : Can I have more than one phone number and name associated with my

apartment? For example my wife and me? two names, two numbers - one

apartment?

A : In most cases the systems serving your building, if there is an

access entry system, will allow for more than one name and number per

apartment. For a person to be listed on the entry system they must be on the

lease or registered as an occupant of the apartment.



Q : Who is my property manager?

A : Your property Manager is listed on our web site or you can call (202) 244-3811, or email service@uippm.com.



Q : When do I contact my property manager?

A : You really should never need to contact your Property Manager unless there is a problem that remains unresolved. Do not email or call your property manager with questions or service requests, see above for questions and service requests. Property Managers will be involved with Lease signings, move ins and move outs.



Q : When do I call the main office?

A : You can call the main office for just about anything. service@uippm.com or (202) 244-3811 x 1 is the only number you really need.
