my building? What
if I don't have a local phone number?
A : You should be asked for and you will need to
provide your
telephone number to the leasing representative or the Property Manager
when you move in. If you are having any problems, call (202) 244-3811

Q : Can I have more than one phone number and name
associated with my
apartment? For example my wife and me? two names, two numbers - one
apartment?
A : In most cases the systems serving your
building, if there is an
access entry system, will allow for more than one name and number per
apartment. For a person to be listed on the entry system they must be on the
lease or registered as an occupant of the apartment.

Q : When do I contact my property
manager?
A : You really should never need to contact your
Property Manager unless there is a problem that remains unresolved. Do not email
or call your property manager with questions or service requests, see above for
questions and service requests. Property Managers will be involved with Lease
signings, move ins and move outs.
