About UIPPM

	David Zweig, CPM®, ARM® President  Prior to joining UIP Property Management, Inc., Mr. Zweig was a Partner at Redbrick Partners, LLC and Managing Member and President of White Tree Group, LLC - real estate investment and management firms that created and managed a variety of closed end opportunity funds. He was responsible for the operation of the management company as well as all residential and retail management and development projects; condominium conversions and third-party property and asset management relationships. Prior to Redbrick Partners, Mr. Zweig was a Senior Vice President and Division Head for AIMCO (Apartment Investment and Management Co.) NYSE:AIV - with direct responsibility for all holdings across the Eastern United States - 26,000 units in 16 states with annual revenue exceeding 1/2 billion dollars. Mr. Zweig, a graduate of Binghamton University; is a licensed New York Real Estate Broker and holds the CPM designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management. He is a former board member of the Real Estate Advisory Board  at Virginia Tech University and a former adjunct faculty member at the Real Estate Institute at New York University.
	David Yampolsky Senior Vice President, Property Manager David Yampolsky joined Urban Investment Partners in 2004 as an Asset Manager. In that role he was responsible for overseeing the management teams on each of Urban Investment Partners’ investment holdings which total over 850 individual rent-controlled units in the District of Columbia. In moving to UIP Property Management, Inc. David brings the owner’s perspective to the property management division. He is an active member of AOBA (the Apartment and Office Building Association of Metropolitan Washington). Mr. Yampolsky graduated from Dickinson College with a B.A. in Political Science.
	Pam Bunch Leasing Manager Ms. Bunch joined Urban Investment Partners in late summer 2009 as a Leasing Coordinator and most recently moved into the leasing management position, managing the Leasing, Marketing and Advertising functions for UIPPM Residential Properties.  Pam has over 13 years experience leasing commercial real estate and executive office suites to such clients as Arthur Andersen Consulting Group and the US Soccer Foundation.
	George Karos Service Coordinator George Karos joined Urban Investment Partners in 2009 as our Maintenance and Customer Service Manager. He is responsible for the management of work orders and maintenance issues concerning properties and units managed by UIP Property Management. George has assisted in facility management and operations in both the non-profit and for profit sectors. Mr. Karos holds a BA from West Virginia University and an MA from American University.
	Patrick Naughten Leasing & Service Associate Mr. Naughten joined Urban Investment Partners in early 2010 as an employee of UIP PM, UIP’s property management affiliate. At UIP PM, Patrick is the contact for all tenants both current and future. Patrick assists the Property Management and Leasing Departments. Pat graduated in 2009 from Tyler School of Art at Temple University, where he received a BFA in Painting and a minor in Art History. In his spare time Pat is a freelance graphic designer and his portfolio includes work for the Washington Capitals NHL hockey team as well as other D.C. metro area businesses.
	Karen Wynn Accounting Manager Karen joined UIP Property Management, Inc. in January 2009 as Accounting Manager. She is responsible for accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash processing, management of bookkeeping staff and all other accounting activities. Formerly with Hagner Management Corporation, Karen has an extensive background in accounting as well as experience in property management operations.She holds an Associate of Arts degree in Accounting from the University of Phoenix.
