If at any time you see an ant or any other bug you should make a maintenance request on-line at www.uippm.com, specifying where you saw the pest.  You can also email or call the maintenance coordinator at 202-244-3811 or .  When placing the call or sending an email or entering the maintenance request on line, please make sure to state where you saw the pest, how many and how often you are seeing the pest(s).  We will schedule an appointment with our pest control service provider to visit your apartment and perform a treatment.
 
We also recomend placing an ant/rouch bait box under your sink and or near your trash can.  These are available at your local grovery store.
