If at any time you see a mouse, mouse droppings or other evidence that indicates a mouse or rodent may be be visiting, you should contact our maintenance coordinator at   or call 202-244-3811 ext 1 for service.  Please include where you saw the mouse or other evidence.  It will also help if we know about any open holes or gaps in walls that you are familiar with, where the pests may be entering.

We will contact or pest control company and schedule a visit to your apartment and if needed our maintenance staff will come and fill/close any open holes and or gaps.
 
Remember pests of all types seek food,  Make sure to keep all food items closed and off the floor.  Empty trash in the am and the pm.  We also recommend keeping a small bait trap under your sink or near your trash can.
