Urban Investment Partners’ residential property management subsidiary, UIP Property Management, Inc. (UIPPM), offers unparalleled management services to multifamily rental, condominiums, Homeowners' Associationsand Cooperatives located throughout Washington, D.C. and its Maryland and Virginia suburbs.

UIPPM is headed by industry veteran David Zweig, CPM®, ARM®, who previously headed the east coast operations for AIMCO and manageed more than 26,000 units. Other leaders of UIPPM are:

UIPPM provides property management services to nearly 1,900 multifamily units in the District of Columbia and its suburbs. Approximately 950 of these units are owned and/or controlled by Urban Investment Partners. UIPPM offers fee-based third-party rental and condominium association property management for multifamily properties throughout the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area.

Urban Investment Partners and its subsidiary, Drummond Development, have been active in Washington, DC real estate since the mid-1990’s. Through its work acquiring, redeveloping, and managing urban multifamily properties, the company has built a substantial base of skills and knowledge in asset management. Absorbing the highly experienced Hagner Management team strengthens UIPPM’s position as the area’s premier management company.
